I-864 question in no income situation
HI, I'm filing for AOS for my parents and I'm preparing the I-864 and I-864a for my husband. For my husband, I am including his recent transcript and W2.
What do I need to include with my I-864? I'm a little confused -- do I need to submit anything if my income is 0? Do I need to submit last three years records? I was working in 2004 so I could come up with W2 for that even though I'm not sure if its relevant.
