Just a simple question!!!

ok my husband is filling out the I-130 form and he called the uscis to asked if he need it any other froms attached to that one (like the 325) and they told him that he should send the:
I-130
G-325a
I-765
I-864
I-485
I-131 ALL of the froms together at the same time. Is there any difference if we send them one at a time instead?

Basically, you and your husband need to read the directions on the forms, it clearly states what you need to file along with it.

You need to send I-130 (with all supporting documents/additional forms)
In order for a petition for you to take place and "visa number" become inmediately available for you.

You need to send I-485 (with all supporting documents/additional forms)
In order to adjust your status / file for permanent residency.

You need to send I-131 (with all supporting documents/additional forms)
In order to be able to leave the country and come back while the petitions are pending.

You need to send I-765 (with all supporting documents/additional forms)
In order for you to be able to work legally. Unless you already have a work permit.

You can send them in the following order:
1st - Send I-130
2nd - Send I-485
3rd - Send the I-131 & I-765

OR

You can send them all at the same time (to the Chicago Lockbox if you wonder).

The difference is, it will take longer if you send them 1 by 1... if you can afford it send them all now. But whatever you do send them all before July 30, 2007. New fees will kick in that day.

Yes, send it along with the I-485. If you don't, they will send you a request for it and it will take longer to process your case.

Check option "a" and submit a copy of your I-130 application (just the form, not the supporting documents for I-130).

No. If you do not plan on traveling for the next 4-8 months.

No, you don't have to. Forms I-131 and I-765 are optional.
