Filing form I 751 by yourself.
I am divorcing my husband due to abuse. I know I need to file form I-751. I talked to some people and they told me to use a lawyer. My question is, can I file this form with the evidence by myself? OR do i need to have a lawyer? what will the lawyer do that i cannot do by myself?
