H4 - H1 Visa stamping - Urgent
Hello all,
Can anyone please tell me if I can go for H1 stamping(with future start date) as soon as I receive my H1 approval. I am currently on H4 For example if I have a future start date in August 2007 on my h1 can i go for H1 stamping in July ?? (I had a H1 earlier in 2003 so I would not be under new quota. ) Do I need to have paystubs for my Visa stamping. Please suggest all the necessary documents for H4 to h1. With H1b stamped, you can only enter the country (i think) approximately 5 days before your h1b becomes effective.

Thank you for your reply Mukhesh. If the start date on my applicaton is on Aug 15th and I go for Visa in one week after the start date what all documents whoulc i take with me . Can I go for stamping without paystubs.
