After interview for I-751 I haven't got my permant card, please help

Hello everybody! I'm new to this forum. I have a very strange situation. Maybe somebody can help me. I live in FL.
On 9/14/06 INS (I filed to Texas) received my I-751 ( I divorced and filed to remove conditions based on my first marrige in a good faith)
On 10/13/06 I got my biometric appointment done in New Orleans
On 4/5/07 I got invited for interview in Jacksonville, and immigration officer approved my case and promised that I will get my permanent resident card in 2 weeks. ( I got remmaried second time and have a baby, so immigration officer took copies of my new marrige license and babies birth certificate and added to the case) I saw that she stamped my case APPROVED.
On 8/5/07 (30 days after approval) I called INS, since I haven't got my green card or welcome notice or any documnets. They transsfered me to immigration officer who "Congratelated" me again and said that my case was approved and I should get my green card soon, and if I won't get within 60 days from approval date I should call them back.
ON 6/5/07 I'm calling INS again, since I haven't received anything, and immigration officer tells me that DECESION HAVEN'T BEEN MADE, MY CASE STILL PENDING AND THEY SEND MY CASE FROM JACKSONVILLE TO MIAMI BACK IN MAY. He told that it's not a name check, but he doesn't know why they send it to Miami, since it's local office same as Jacksonville, and not to Texas (where I originally filed I-751) He suggested to get infopass in August if I wont get my card, and also he mentioned that they send a request to Texas service center about issue of my green card.

I don't know what to do and what it's all about. The drive to closest officeis 6 hours, I have a small baby (5 month old) so it makes difficult to travel in a long distances.

I was married for 2.5 years, I filed it myself (without lawyer) as I have a lot evidence, such as :
My driver license with same address as My Ex Husband.
Three original letters written and notarized by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.
Copy of the bank checks from my Ex to Me.
A Copy of 2004 joint US tax return.
A Copy of 2005 US tax return.
Postnuptial agreement.
Evidence (Visas, Invitations) of my mother and grandmother visitations during marriage
Joint friends letters and postcards.
Copy of the title of car, showing joint ownership.
Copy of health insurance bills showing a joint policy.
Copy of joint fitness club membership.
A copies of airline tickets and hotel reservations for a joint vacation in Thailand (photos included).
Church wedding photos from Russia and civil wedding at USA.
Joint dog’s hospital bill.
Police reports and arrest records ( he was arrested for domestic violence against me (charges were dropped because of my request) and I was arrested for domestic violence against him as well (he make up a fake case and charges were dropped as well, no prosecution)

On the interview immigration officer reviewed all evidences, and approved my case.
