H1B processing
Dear all,
This is to get information regarding "Background Check - wrt H1B Visa Process". My wife got her H1B visa issued from Vermount, burlington. she went for VISA interview by 1st week march'07 and was reschduled (deffered) due to missing Questionnaire regarding background check. she has been waiting for a reply from counsulate ever since. please let me know the details regarding the same like how much time it takes?? whether the visa has been denied?? this will be a great help.
