H1B Transfer Back to Previous Employer
Hello All
I used to work for a company "A". I was on bench for a while and then joined another company "B". My H1B transfer is still in process and I have a reference number for it. Now my Employer "A" wants me back with him. Now do I have to apply for a transfer again or will my previous H1 with him still work as he has not cancelled my H1B yet. Please answer my query. Thanks Prakash Joshi

i'm not legal expert, but I think you'll have to wait till you get 3 paystubs from the company B.
