question about I-130

I am applying GC for my parents. While filling I-130 form,
In Section C Information about your relative, I am unsure about No. 13 and 14.

13. Has your relative ever been in the US?
Does it mean my parents or me?

14. If your relative is currently in the US, complete the following.
He or she arrived as a:
(visitor, student, stowaway, without inspection, etc.)
Arrival/Departure Record (I-94)

Does the question refer to my parents or me? I arrived as a student, whereas
my parents are visitor. What should I write?

Thanks.

How can it be you? You are the US citizen sponsoring your parents, remember?

Again, why would they need this information for you? Think about it!
How did you fill out section C? The whole section is the info about "your relative".
How can "your relative" be your "parent" for one question, and "you" - for another, on the same form???
