What does it mean?
Hi everyone,
I filed I-130 for my wife back in December. I received a notice today stating that they transferred the petition to their California Service location for processing, because they now have jurisdiction over the case. What I don't understand is, I am in the East Coast; so how can the California Center have jurisdiction over the case? Thanks. |

if you just read posts on this forum, you'd see that it's ok. It will be adjudicated shortly.
