L1 Visa For A Small Business
Hello,
Anyone with real life experience on successfully acquiring L1 visa for a small business, let me give a scneario: 1 or 2 food outlets in Canada and trying to open small business (new) in USA? Does the business have to exist for 3 years? Any comments are welcome, also, if you can give a good attorney's contact, would appreciate it too!!!!!
