GC Holder getting married.

I am a GC Holder since Nov 07th 2002 , i am planning to get married in few months, is there any way i can bring my wife here, she does not have a good education , so H1b is not an option for me neither is Visitor ( since getting visiting visa is tough ). what are my options ??

Also how long will it take to get a citizenship once i apply for it, i am in Florida
and how long will it take for my wife GC if i apply once i become a citizen.
