When to Apply for CitizenShip
i am a resident since Nov 7th 2002(as on by green card) , when should i file for citizen ship. and how long will it take for becomming citizen, i live in florida.

For instance, currently its taking an average of 3-4 months in LA, Minneapolis while its taking more that 9 months here in Washington DC DO. I do not know about the timelines of DO's in Florida (This is assuming you do not get stuck in Name Check process).
