I think VT incident does not concern being PR and owning a gun. Unobomber was a PR? No..!
Generally buying and owning gun in US must be banned totaly or limited not by the status of the individuals, but by the concrete needs. The guns are not only the enemies of the society, they are also enemies of the owner. Thanks for attention..

It doesn't matter if he is PR or not.
VTU shooter is crazy. Crazy people belong in psychiatric institution and not in school. Since the day this country makes it legal to own a gun, they already setting up problems for themselves. Maybe USCIS will make us go do a psychiatric examination before granting us the greencard. Just a thought. Don't hate me for saying it!!!

No matter what if a citizen does this thing, the public would think it is an individual's behavior. If a PR does this, they will think aliens do it
