Can a kid continue the education outside US?
I have gone through a successful CP in Chennai; Me, my wife and my 6 year old kid are planning to enter US in a month time or so. As school for my kid would start here in Chennai by June; I would want her to continue her studies in Chennai, until me and my wife gets settled in US in a good school district and figure out the school to put her in.
In this case, can I send my daughter to be with my parents in India after I-551 stamping and get her back to US before 6 months, for a week’s time and then to be coming back again to US by April 2008 for good? Is there any risk involved for her GC or for her Citizenship (latter)?
