Name change questions

Hi, I am an unconditional marriage based GC holder. I have some questions regarding to the name change on my GC.

1) If I file a divorce, can I use the divorce decree for applying the name change? I want to resume my maiden name after divorce.

2) If yes, will the IO ask me about evidence to prove that the marriage enters in good faith? I get my GC based on my husband and he is a US citizen. I know that I need to provide the court order in person about my new name.

3) My GC will be expired in 2017. When I renew the GC, will I need to provide any proof that my marriage enters in good faith? I only know that proof is definitely required for the citizenship interview but I am not sure about the GC renewal.
