H1B in USA, open revenue earning website in India
Hi,
I am on H1B..Can I own a website in India which can earn some money? Please let me know if there will be any legal problems

anything YOU DO for your website "that earn money" is work or business. you should formally authorize someone in india to take care of that website business and do not participate in website activity of any kind. you would not violate your h1b status by just owning a website for personal use (which do not earn any kind of income including advertisement)
