PLEASE HELP- H1 Premium Processing 8th year H1ext more than 30 days
I have applied for 8th year H1 extension through premium processing and receipt date is March12th.It's almost a month now and the online status is still pending.As per USCIS website "if you apply through premium processing and you don't receive either approval,denial or RFE in 15 calender days they are going to REFUND the premium processing fee" Is it true?Did anyone came across this situation?Did anyone apply for Premium processing around March12 .does it take so long for premium processing? I am not sure how to tackle this..what should be my next step?can anyone please help me ragarding this..

Have you got any update on your case yet? If not then I would say talk to your lawyer with the same facts that you quoted here.
