Urgent: Photograph to be sent with Re-entry permit application

Hello-

I have a re-entry permit which is expiring in June '07. I am planning to visit US in mid-April and apply for a new re-entry permit.

The photgraph specifics given in the current I-131 form indicates they want:

"3/4th frontal view of right side of your face, with your right ear visible and your head bare....photo should be no larger than 2 by 2 inces anf from top of head to just below the chin, image of head should be about 1 and 1/4 inches".

Please can you confirm that these specifications are correct because the photograph on my current re-entry permit is just a frontal photo, not as above (though the GC has one according the description above!)....do they keep changing the photograph requirement???

Are you sure frontal photograph is required and not 3/4th of RHS of face?

I am attaching the I-131 application form downloaded from USCIS website which says they want 3/4 of RHS of face ???

Please help as I would like to be sure.

many forms have not been updated. you need to send front face or passport style photographs for EAD, AP or Grren Card or for reentry Permit
