Citizenship question AC21 , Intent to work
Here is my case timeline ( I am sure lot of people will be in the same boat)
I485 receipt date 08/30/01 from company A Joined company B on Feb 3 2002 on AC21. Company B is in another state I did not notify INS of changing the job and kept address in state A Resigned company A on March 6 th 2006( Actually sent the letter to HR of company A that I am resigning ) , company A terminated employment and mentioned that I want to resign in the termination letter Got 485 approved on 10/14/2002 Laid off from company B on Sep 21 2002. for change in direction of company I want to file citizenship now. Will this create a problem as I am laid off from company B just about a month after I got my GC. My intent was to work for company B for at least a year after I got my GC but got laid off. Can they reject my citizenship and GC based on lack of "intent to work" for company B? Should I take lawyers help before I file my case for naturalization? Please help, I am confused  Thanks!
