Self Employed, I864 help needed
I am selfemployed doing part-time photography work. I have no income so far from this business and I also filed income tax returns with no income shown from my part-time business.
When filling I-864, do I need to check "SELF EMPLOYED" or "UNEMPLOYED" in Part 6. If I check "Self employed" then do I have to have the income to list in line#23? Please help. Thanks
