Marriage Based Green Card For Out Of Status Guy
If someone lived in US for about 2 years after his H1B visa extension did not come through as his company laid him off.
Essentially he is out of status, and still struggling here in US Now if he gets married to a green card holder or a US Citizen would he be able to get a green card for himself? What other options would he have? I appreciate your advice, I love immigrationportal.com Thanks.

Yes, if married to a USC he can still get a Green Card. USCIS "forgives" overstay/out of status if married to a US citizen.
