what's the necessary paperwork at the port?

Hi everyone,
I'd like to ask one question, and I really appreciate your answer.
I married US citizen and got immigrant visa.
my visa indicate as below,
IV category: IR1
UPON ENDORSEMENT SERVES AS TEMPORARY I-551 EVIDENCING PERMANENT RESIDENCE FOR 1 YEAR.
I heard that immigration officer would process the necessary paperwork for me when I enter US. so, I'd like to know what is the necessary paperwork to be done in order to receive plastic green card at the port when I enter US? is there any form they use in the airport immigration? If there is, can I download? I'd like to know the form Number, so that I can prepare before I enter.

------------------ you cant download that form. you arrive at POE and show your immigrant visa papers and will be sent to other officer and he will take the papers and give you a white form, you will fill the info on it and also provide your US adddress , you will sign the form and officer will take your index finger print and will also stamp your passport with A# on it. the Card will come to your US address in 3-6 weeks time.
