RFE received
Date Received by VSC: 03/09/2007
Process: Premium processing Receipt date: 03/12/2007 sent via email. Approval: Not yet RFE received yesterday (March 20) RFE details: I was in H1 for 3.5 years and moved to H4 for 2.5 years now. Completed 6 years by MArch 9th 2007. My employer applied for H1 now for the decoupling and RFE came back saying I have finished using my 6 years in H status. Looks like they missed to take their own memorandum released in Dec 2006 Any thoughts?

Your attorney has to send detailed letter with USCIS memo reference.
