It can be overwhelming. But why don't u print all the documents needed first, I-130, I-485, I-693, etc. Read one at a time. The instructions are very clear there. All to chicago.

Thanks a lot Pipi. I have printed all of them out. I was just getting too confused with where to file them since some required processing at the DO whiles others are processed at the Service Centers. That's the main reason why i think i need some coaching from someone who has had the experience. i would be grateful if you would like to be coach.....thanks

Hi
I have all my forms together but have a question:

Q: I'm currently out of status and confused as to how to respond to the question of my current status on the I-485

Thanks in advance for your help

Hello everyone,
Thanks to all for the support and advice i have received on this forum.
I still need help though. My USC wife did not file taxes for 2004 & 2005 due to low income. I would appreciate a lot if anyone could help me with a template as to how the unfiled tax explanation letter should look like.

she can still file taxes for previous years. If her income is still insufficient, you need a co-sponsor.

Thanks Lucy.

I already have a co-sponsor and in order not to delay and complicate matters I want my wife to present her current Tax return, with her w2s for 04 & 05 attached to a letter explaining why she was not required to file taxes for those years.

I hope I should be fine with that...........

What I need now is the format of that letter. Any help?

Appreciated
