I-824 - How long??
Hi,
Does anyone have experience in filing a I-824 for a notice of action returned as undeliverable and destroyed by USCIS? I hear that takes 3 to 6 months or longer. Is that true? is it safe to assume that if I file now it will be approved within a year? Thanks a lot
