F1 married to USC but been working without EAD
I came into US as a F1 in 2002 and fell out status in 2003 and accepted employment without EAD since 2002 to present. I was able to graduate in 2006 Dec. I married a USC citizen on september 2006. I want to file right now but the forms are confusing. I know that working without EAD is overriden by marriage but one of the forms asks if i ever worked.
1. should i say yes or no. will they find out by running my SSN. 2. can my wife use my income in filling out affidavit of support. 3. can a DUI affect my application(had one in 2004 pleaded guilty)..is it a criminal offense or a felony or considered a traffic violation as asked form 1-485 4. i intend to send I-485, I-130, I-864,G-325A, I-765 all together from GA, where should i send. Do i need separate checks? Much help will be appreciated. |
