I130 ques
Hello,

im in the process of filling 130/G325 A and im stuck with a few questions.ill really appreciate if any one of you can plz help me out.

G325A

ques .the first line of the form asks for NATONALITY/CITIZENSHIP and FILE #

my ques is if a person holds indian nationality as well as US citizenship .what should we write in it.

FILE # what does it means ?is it the same as allian registration # or should i leave it blank?

What maiden name?

I 130
ques # 22 if your relative is in US and will apply for AOSto that of a lawfull permanent resident at USCIS OFFICE in ----------city ---------state.

my ques is what should i write in this the DISTRICT OFFICE where the case will be interviewed or CHICAGO LOCAL BOX where i will mail the whole package.130/485

plz clearify my queries .ill be gratefull to forum gurus for helping me out.

I-130: Write in the DO where you will be interviewed. It really doesn't seem to matter though.

12/06/06 Ten year green card arrives in mail!

Thanks for the reply DR iha.

If you have recently filled 130 /G325A ,can you ans the other ques too .im trying to fill the forms with out assistance from any lawyer ,the only hope is this forum .

I'll be really gratefull to you for your guidance.

Is the person with Indian/US citizenship a naturalized US citizen, or where they born in the USA. If the former, just put down the US citizenship.

I think you should put: Indian/USA.

It's the alien registration number.
