Need Help for an Unlawful Entry

I'm a USC who's been living w/ a guy for 3 yrs who I just found out recently that he's legally married back in our country and it gets more complicated...he came here as a tourist in 1997 with a fake passport under a different name. He was able to apply for a drivers lisc using a fake greencard under again a different name. All these fake id's were obtained from 1 person whom he paid back then. He's then hold a descent job for 3 yrs. since under this new name. Pays taxes and all. Now my dilema ( rather his ) is what to do to be able to be here legally and use his real name? He scared cause his drivers lisc is about to expire and renewing it would mean he would have to show all these fake id's. Would he be able to apply using his real name ( not using his fake birthcertificate ) with no valid entry if I were to marry him? And if we get married what dilemas are we going to face?
Thanks!

Wow.

OK. Right now there is no path for him to get a green card. The only possible way is if he left the country and you applied for a K-1 for him, but he'd have to get divorced as well. Even then its difficult to imagine how it would work out considering how many felonies he's commiting right now.
