Balitmore DO, 130/485/765 mailed to VSC by mistake, now what?
USC married to F1. Baltimore DO. Filed 130/485/765 concurrently to VSC.
According to i-130: Applicants who reside in the jurisdiction of the Baltimore, MD, USCIS District Office should submit the Form I-130 petition and the Form I-485 concurrently to USCIS Vermont Service Center. I know it was probably a big mistake and I should have mailed it to Chicago instead, but it's too late now.  They received it on 1/31/07. 1) How long does it take to re-route these kind of packages? 2) Will it get rejected and mailed back to me? If so, how long does it take? 3) Should I call the customer service? Any advice?

Hi Odessit,
I commited the same mistake last week! I live in NH and I concurrently filed my I-130 and I-485 to VSC instead of the Chicago lockbox. Did you hear anything back from them? Was it re-routed to Missouri and did you get a receipt date? How long did it take? I wll appreciate your response. Many Thanks, GK6
