Any Success? J-1+HRR --> Overstay -->USC Married -->HRR Waiver -->AOS On Marriage
Does anybody know any success stories in this situation?
J-1 Foreign Govt Sponsor+HRR --> Overstay -->USC Married -->HRR Waiver -->AOS On Marriage

If you have the waiver for the J-1 2 year rule, then you should have no problems. The overstay isn't an issue as you are forgiven overstay if you're married to a USC. You're good to go.
