Starting a business on EAD

Hi Guys,

I know this question might have been asked over and over but I have more questions knowing that it is possible. My company will focus on providing health care & IT services.

1) As per my reading, it looks like one can start a S corp on EAD. How long does it take to set this up?

2) How does USCIS react if I were to transfer some H1 folks to my company as my initial employees? In other words what kind of issues will one face if I were to hire a H1B in the first month of the company start up?

3) What kind of loans will be available for Small businesses?

You have to prove yoru company's legitimacy by finance and job orders



3) What kind of loans will be available for Small businesses? No loan avaialble. If your personel credit is good , you may get based on that not for the company.
