H1B processing while B2 is expiring

Hi all,

My B2 visa will expire on May 28, 2007. I found a sponsor company that is willing to sponsor my H1B which will start only on April 2007.

I am guessing that I will not be able to get the approved H1B before May 28th 2007. Probably July or August so there is a 2 or 3 months gap.

Question is, what is the best thing for me to do so that I would not need to leave the US and come back once the H1B gets started?
