Family based file transfer to Vermont Service Center?

Hello, gurus. I'm looking for smiliar cases but my cases is very complex. I filed I485 AOS based my US citizen husband in April 2005. We had our interview in Columbus, Ohio DO in Oct 2005. Then stuck in name check. We moved to Virginia in June 2006 and we changed address with uscis by phone, got confirmation letter et al. I had infopass, congressman, first lady communication, no results. The infopass with Virginia office in Nov, 2006 was told my file has not been transfered from Ohio to Virginia yet. In Dec 2006 I fed up, so I filed WOM againest FBI and USCIS. A couple days ago, I received a letter from Vermont Service Center, in which not only indicate my file is in VSC, but also told me to have a 2nd FP in Norfolk VA. I was very confused? Where is my file? Did anyone else had their family based 485 transfer to a service center before. I only heard file transfered from service center to local office. I'm worry that my file got lost or something. Thanks for any advise!
