USCIS not issuing recepits anymore for PP?? H1B Tansfer
Some forums that I have been looking at mentioned that USCIS is not issuing receipts anymore for Premium Processing cases?

Is it true? I haven't received my receipt yet but from my checks I found the WAC number and I could check my status.

Anyone has experience with this, can the decision come without the receipt.

Hi,

I haven't received anything from my employer's lawyer and also the check that was given to USCIS has not been cleared from the employer's bank. I am sure mine is not premium processing for H1 transfer.

H1 approved next day under PP
Hi,

My husband's H1 was 2nd day after the application was received at the California centre. So we had the WAC no. directly on the 2nd day.

Applied H1 on March 9th friday by premium processing

Receipt notice was sent to the lawyers email address on March 12th monday

LUD changed everyday

Later RFE issued on March 20th

RFE responded March 23th by FedEx

Online status not updated yet.

I think the receipt notices are emailed to the lawyer for premium processing.
