Okay, what is going on

Okay, a woman five years older than me. We've been out to a movie, dinner, and theater. She ducks kisses each time and says, "It isn't the right time." When I stop calling, she calls me and reinstigates things." She gets jealous if I so much as mention another woman in any context (for example, I went to lunch with a woman who works with me). If it was just the ducking kisses thing, then I'd know that there wasn't anything there and that she just wants friendship. Fine. But, then why get jealous of me mentioning other women in any context? That part doesn't make sense to me. Is she disinterested, interested, or what? I would think that an adult woman would at some point just say, "hey, let's be friends" if she weren't interested. Ladies, please help me interpret this! Thanks.
