I-129(Opt-h1b) stuck in fbi security check since Jan 06
Hi,
My h1b application(Applied in Jan 2006) has been stuck in a FBI security check. Please advise as to what I can do. Is there a way I can contact FBI and request them for a status or to expedite? Thanks
