Questions about I-864 forms
I am filing the immigrant I-864 forms for my parents at the same time. From
my understanding, 1. We need to file the I-864 form for each of them seprately, is this correct? 2. In part 3, item 9, when I am filing for my mom, do I need to list my dad's name here? 3. If so, what does " DO NOT INCLUDE ANY RELATIVE LISTED ON A SEPARATE VISA PETITION" on item 9 mean? 4. Are there any sections showing that I am sponsoring both my mom and dad at the same time? Also, how do you calculate the household size? Should I only include one person if I am sponsoring one person at a time? Your help will be greatly appreciate.
