how did you package / send paper?

Just getting ready to send in I-130, I-485 and I-765 with all documents and cover letters. Do you send everything in 1 big enevelope but separate the different petitions? Also what kind of mailing envelope do you rec? We are planning on overnighting via USPS, unless anyone has different suggestions. Did anyone also write a brief attachment to explain a unique situation?

I arranged stacked the forms (I-130, then G-325, I-485, I-864) and put the supporting documents behind the form that required them. I also put the photos in envelopes and used paper clips to attach them to the first page of the forms; I think I used bigger paper clips to separate each form (and its supporting documents). All the checks were attached to the first page of I-130 using paper clips.

Finally, I put everything in one transparent plastic document sheet and fit the whole thing in a Priority Mail flat rate envelope ($4.95, I believe). It got to Chicago in less than two calendar days.

I did not have a special situation, but other people might be able to tell you about that.

I made a cover sheet for each form (485, 130, etc) and listed on the cover sheet my name, SS number, date and all the enclosed supporting evidence.

I used one of those big binder clips to keep each form/cover page/supporting evidence together.

Then I put all the forms tgeother with an elastic band.

Put everything in a big envelope and mailed it USPS certified mail.
