Filing for another AP
I got AP last yr but I need a new one because my AOS is pending (stuck at the name check
 ).I submitted an AP application by mail last week but then I noticed that I could actually do it online. Is it true? Should I do it online again? Or it's ok for me to submit through regular mail? Was it correct for me to submit I-131 as I did for my first AP filed last yr together with my I485 package? Thank you!

Nov.2005: H-1B Married to USC & filed everything rightaway. Nov.2005: I485 receipt Jan. 2005: AP&EAD approved March 2006: Interview & I-130 approved. Stuck in name check since  . Now: Building up case by faxing/mailing everybody I can think of. Will file WOM if no answers in a month or two.  April 2007. Case approved. Email received. Waiting for the actual document.  I751-sent: 1/5/09 NoA w/ 1 yr extension: 1/8/09 Biometrics: 2/4/09
