Urgent Help h1b1 visa to EAD
Guys
i really need urgent help for all of you I am on h1b1 visa and working for A company . A company also sponsor my Green Card Process . i am not from india so i can apply for i-140 and i485 together on EB2 process . we got EAD 3 months ago and my wife is working now of EAD and before that she was on h4 . Now the problem is that my emplyer company A told me to arrange another job and told me that he dosnt mind if i can still continue my green card process.... what to do in this scanrio Shoud i start working on EAD ? or should i go for h1b1 transfer
