**** need your help!

I am a J2 holder and have EAD. My husband and I register a C-corp. in MA. I know my husband can not work for our company and get any salary, the question is whether I can be the CEO of my company and get salary? The term "president" in Corp. means the CEO or chairperson of directors? I got the EIN using my SSN, and I am ready to open a bank account with this EIN, is it ok? If I can not work for my company, can I employ a GC holder to run the business, if yes, do I need change the EIN by using his (GC) SSN?
Thank you very much.
