H1b Approved from F1 but didnt give the change of the status
Hello
I have applied for h1b (with change of status from F1) and was approved but i got I797B instead of I797A with consular interview. Well my attorney has asked for the change of status and vsc has asked for evidence for the stay in US(all my i20's till day). I have sent them and the case status shows with RFE it has taken more than month now and i would be out of status this mid dec. Did anyone had this problem please let me know how many days will it take for change of status for approved H!b with I797b. Appreciate it . Thanks
