Question H1B extension 3rd year, any problem?

I wanted to start this thread if someone has recently filed H1B extension to enter into their 4th year.

Also, please give me advice if anyone has faced any rejection or received RFE?

Anyone knows how long will it take to receive their decision?

thanks for help in advance.

H1-B ext

I also applied for my first H-1B ext last month at Vermont SC. Just found out today that it has been transferred to California SC. It is taking them less time at CSC.

Hey hirshad

Hello,

That's great. Now we can update each other on our case.

When exactly did you apply?

I applied on Oct 26th but my priority date is Oct 31st. Let's keep each other posted.

Thanks.

Mine is still peniding. My RD is Octber 23.
Did you get any update?

Is your H-1B extension still at Vermont Service Center (VSC)? I was under the impression that all h-1b ext cases got transferred to California (although they are filed initially at VSC).
