Selling shares of an LLC
Hello all,
could anybody give me some advice what the process would be and how it would affect my GC process, if I sell my shares, which I currently own from an LLC? I'm shareholder of an LLC, but I'm fully employed at another company. I got an offer to sell my shares. Currently I'm in the GC process with a approved I-140 and waiting for the 485. Does anybody also has some advise how this would work tax wise? Would I hazzard my GC process in any way? Thanks a lot for your feedback!
