H1B Stamping Question

Dear All,

My current H1B is valid till 3rd February 2007 and i also have a valid H1B Stamp till 3rd February 2007.

I had applied for an H1B Extension and its approved. The Extension for another 3 years period is Valid from 4th February 2007 till September 2009?

My question is:-

Can i go now for an H1B Stamping of the extension period, i.e. to get H1B Stamped in my passport from 4th february till september 2009? Is it allowed?

If i go for new H1B Stamping, will my current h1b be cancelled?
