Looks like USCIS made a mistake. I went to DHS today, and was told that my country wasn't on the list that requires NSEERS. My attorney will send a response to that and how it goes.

(All dates are receipt dates)
Pertition: 6/13 (regular processing)
Change to PP: 10/12
RFE: 10/24
RFE response: 10/26
Approval: 11/3

I'm glad I switch to PP, the current queue date is still at 5/28. So slow that it is taking 1/6 of my H1B period to process.

There's no guarantee with regular processing, can take few days to a month.

With pp, there's 15 days money back guarantee.
