RFE - premium processing
Hi Guys,
a) I received an RFE on 18th Oct requesting: 1. Proof of my BE degree 2. Why my qualification is suitable for this job? Now I have an undergrad in Computer Science and I am working in pre-sales in a s/w company. I suppose that the USCIS thinks that pre-sales is same as sales and thats why they have asked if i need to have a technical degree for it.. my hr and lawyer are working on the explaination that i do need a technical degree for this job.... any comments on this? b) also, i got an email for the RFE on 18th and on 19th my laywer called and asked them wht the rfe was about. I haven't received the notice yet. do I need to have the notice before i post them the req. docs? thanks a lot, rg
