HELP!! Expired Previous GC now Marry to USC PLEASE HELP
Can anyone please help me with some advices!!
Status: Ex-2 year GC holder , GC was expired through lawyer srew-up. Obtained my GC via investment ( from my mother). My GC was expired 7 years ago , now I have nothing. Now Im planning to marry my USC girlfriend. Will I have to return to my native country and wait for GC? Please provide any info. Any suggestions and professional advices are greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!!

You should be able to adjust your status if you marry USC. But, you will need a good immigration attorney to un-screw-up this time.
Also, don’t travel while your case is pending with USCIS.
