please suggest

I have some questions which may be basic but I am ignorant. please suggest.
1. Do I need to get passport stamped after I get My Green card?
2. What is infopass?
3. who is eligible for reentry permit, how long does it take to get it. If I get it how long can I stay out of US( I think it is 2 yrs from date I leave US).
4. How do I know whether my GC is conditional, how do I remove that condition? Is everyone's GC conditional initially?
Thanks

Not necessary. If you are planning to travel out of the US due to some reasons, then you need to get the stamp. Otherwise, you can still be in the US without immigration problems.

2. What is infopass?

Infopass is a facility that USCIS provides to let you get an appointment online so you can - with the help of the appt - go to USCIS and get your questions answered by an USCIS Officer.

Everyone who is a legal resident of the US is eligible for re-entry permit. You can be out of the US for two years from the date of approval of the permit.

4. How do I know whether my GC is conditional, how do I remove that condition? Is everyone's GC conditional initially?

By looking into the GC you will be be able to say it is conditional. Another
easy way to find out is that the GC will expire in three years from the date of approval. Three months before the expiry of the conditional GC, you can apply for GC renewal which you will mostly likey get for 10 more years. As far as I know, conditional GC is given to those who marry US Citizens. I have
employment based GC and the card is valid for 10 years.

Thanks
