H4 processing
Hi,
I filed for change of status to H1b around May 26, 2006 and my wife's H4 on July 7, 2006 in Vermont. Our I-94 for our tourist visa expires on October 21, 2006. Got the h1b visa approval on October 5, 2006. How soon will I expect my wife's approval? Should my wife go home before getting h4 approval if October 21, 2006 comes without any feedback from USCIS?
